As a senior healthcare executive, Tracy developed a multi-service wellness center encompassing the first hospital-based laser aesthetic center in California. For ALCHEMĒ, she has used her talent for finding the latest trends before they are mainstream, as well as her uncanny gift for recognizing unique talents, to create our winning team.

Dr. Schechter’s career journey—from family practice to emergency medicine to chronic wound care—has always centered around evolving healthcare. At ALCHEMĒ, he channels that same energy into redefining aesthetic wellness through curiosity, innovation, and a rebellious approach to traditional medicine.

Dr. Maria is a San Diego native whose personal story shaped her calling in dermatology. Losing her mother to melanoma inspired her lifelong commitment to skin health and compassionate care. Her practice goes beyond the surface, balancing science with soul to nurture long-term well-being.

Michael is a nationally certified nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience in dermatology and aesthetics. With advanced skills in injectables and laser treatments, he’s known for his attention to detail and artistic touch. His goal: enhance natural beauty with precision and care.

Monica brings more than a decade of experience and a calming presence to the treatment room. With training from NYU and USC, she offers advanced expertise in dermal fillers, lasers, and skin rejuvenation. She’s passionate about helping clients feel refreshed, radiant, and confident.

Originally trained in critical care, Lissie followed her passion into aesthetic medicine—where she now specializes in regenerative treatments like PRP, exosomes, and microneedling. Her background in intensive care gives her a uniquely gentle, expert approach to enhancing natural beauty and self-confidence.
